I got new shoes
Aren't you jealous of me?

I can swagger through the schoolyard
Jump in the air
Soft-shoe, slide, just like Fred Astaire
I can tap like Savion Glover can do
Want to see me? I can show you...
in my new shoes.
Is that you looking at me?
New shoes. Hey, do you like what you see?
They're the pick of the pack -- all shiny and black. My new shoes.
I got shoes for school, I got shoes for play. The only thing is I can only wear 'em during the day.
