C.O.P.P.A. Statement

What does that mean?

C.O.P.P.A. stands for the

Children’s
Online
Privacy
Protection
Act.

It was made into a law in 1998.

It’s to protect you.

The law says we have to make sure everyone who visits us knows THIS information:

• Inkless Tales is all about fun and learning. That’s what all this stuff on the web site is for. There IS a place where you can buy stuff, and we will collect some information from the grownups – you can visit our privacy page to learn more about that – but we never, never, collect any information about the kids who visit. It’s not that we aren’t interested in you – it’s just that we respect your privacy. Enjoy the activities you find here, and then have a great day!
• We’d love it if you sent us your artwork, or your stories and poems – but don’t send us any information that identifies you, or tells us who you are.
